1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our SaaS ERP system (deployed at goapp.codebroai.com) or installing the CodebroAI GO native Android Application (.APK), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Subscription Plans, Billing & Quotas

We offer the following subscription tiers. Usage limits are strictly enforced:

  • Growth Plan: 150 Inventory Items max, 1 GB Cloud Storage limit, 0 staff accounts (Core POS & expenses only).
  • Scale Plan: 500 Inventory Items max, 5 GB Cloud Storage limit, up to 10 staff accounts, BOM Recipes, and Multi-location tracking.
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited Inventory Items, 25 GB Cloud Storage limit, unlimited staff accounts, role restrictions, and full ERP capabilities.

Billing modifications:

  • Annual Billing: Subject to a 20% discount on the base plan cost.
  • WhatsApp AI Bot Add-on: Available as a premium billing modifier added to your base plan fee.

3. Offline Local Database Architecture (RxDB / Dexie)

The CodebroAI GO native mobile app processes data locally on your device using RxDB/Dexie. While we ensure synchronization with our cloud databases, you are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your Android device and avoiding manual browser clearing that could corrupt local offline records prior to synchronization. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from unauthorized modifications to local storage sandboxes.

4. Intellectual Property

The CodebroAI GO service structure, web dashboard codebase, local synchronization scripts, and android packaging components are the exclusive property of CodebroAI and its licensors. Our trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

CodebroAI GO, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from database sync interruptions, mobile hardware incompatibilities, thermal print failures, or temporary POS system downtime.
